1. What KoSelfie does

KoSelfie generates AI-stylized photos of you in Kos-island settings based on selfies you upload. We deliver a pack of at least twenty images for a one-time payment.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use KoSelfie. You are responsible for the accuracy of the photos you upload, and you confirm that the person in the photos is you and that you have the right to use them.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload photos of people other than yourself.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or sexual content.
• Do not attempt to bypass safety filters, including NSFW detection.

We reserve the right to refuse service and to refund and delete your data if we detect misuse.

4. Payments and refunds

Pricing is shown in EUR and includes applicable EU VAT. If our generation pipeline fails to deliver the agreed minimum number of images, we'll email you a one-click refund link. Refunds are processed instantly to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

5. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant KoSelfie a limited license to process those photos solely to deliver your order. You own the generated images we deliver and may use them for personal purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

KoSelfie is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or by an in-product notice before they take effect.
