Common questions
Is Pro really worth €15 more?
Pro trains a personal LoRA model on your uploaded selfies, which preserves identity dramatically better than IP-Adapter alone. Photos at 1536×1536 with ×4 upscaling are also publication-quality. For one-off use, Standard is great. For dating-app photos, travel content, or a long-term profile picture, Pro pays for itself.
What if I'm not happy?
If our pipeline can't deliver at least 20 usable photos that pass our likeness and quality filter, we'll email you a one-click refund link — no support ticket needed.
Do you store my face data?
Only as long as needed. Your selfies, face embeddings, and any trained Pro LoRA are deleted automatically 30 days after delivery. We email you a 5-day warning before deletion.
